One bedroom is available in a three-bedroom detached house starting January 1st! The property is a beautiful, recently renovated century home near Exhibition Park with large, sunny common areas. The bedroom faces onto our small, private patio and gets lots of midday light. It also has its own powder room attached which would be for your private use. We have lovely landlords who are close by, and the neighbourhood is very friendly. :)

We are Sara and Sam, two mature professionals who work locally. We are quiet, respectful roommates who enjoy video games and crafts, and are hoping to find someone like-minded to share our space. We also have a very friendly cat named Calcifer!

All bills are included except for Internet, which is about $/month.
