This home is in ideal community and location; quiet and clean neighborhood. Very close to ASU, bike paths, Tempe Town lake, all major freeways, Sky Harbor Airport and downtown Phoenix. The home is very clean and yard frequently kept up. Seeking an ideal roommate, student or professional. The room is available is semi-furnished, the bathroom is shared with other roommate. This room is not suitable for couples and pets are not allowed.

First and last month rent is required as well as a clean background check.
