LEASE TAKEOVER AT VERTEX APARTMENTS

Description

Hello! I am looking for a female to takeover a private room and private bath at Vertex Apartments (3 minute walk to ASU). The unit is a bath and the rent base is $ with the option of a $ parking pass!
Electricity is billed per month based on consumption and ranges shared with the other roommates. All other utilities are included!
The lease is paid for December but I will be moving out by the second week of December and would need you to pickup the keys by then to finalize the transfer and the lease would end July ! Room comes furnished with a bed, two small dressers, a desk and a chair.
