Room in Aloha/Beaverton ASAP

Room in an apartment for rent in Aloha/Beaverton! Comes with own private bathroom and in-unit washer/dryer. Approx. $ per month, including utilities. Security deposit $. You will be taking over my lease and sharing the apartment with a couple. We are graduate students in our s and are friendly night-owls, mostly doing our own thing and occasionally throwing friend get-togethers about twice a year, but to make this a warm, comfortable space!

Lease ends July . You will apply by filling out an application and being approved by the apartment manager. We are looking to fill the room ASAP. No pets (exceptions can be made for quiet, clean dogs/cats). We VERY occasionally pet-sit a large, well-behaved dog for a friend.

NON-NEGOTIABLE:
- Must be a student or working professional
- Be respectful in keeping common areas clean/cleaning up your messes
- Do your fair share of chores every week without being reminded, keeping the place tidy and presentable
- Be aware that we like to sleep in during the weekends (noise level)
The above points are priorities since we’ve unfortunately had roommates who did not share the same ideals.
