Roommate Wanted

Description

I am a current student looking for one roommate who will have their own bedroom and bathroom. The price per month is $ + wifi and electrical. There is AC and heating. The common areas are fully furnished and the bedroom is almost fully furnished. The bedroom comes with a twin bed (with sheets, pillows, and a comforter), large desk, lamp, trash can, desk chair, tv stand, and fan. Move in date is as soon as desired. The apartment is located in The Summit at Red Rocks apartments complex. The apartment has nice amenities including a pool, gym, and game room with ping pong, pool, and a bowling alley. It has ample parking in the lot. I have one friendly cat. I am looking for someone who is clean, tidy, and low key.
