Need a roommate on the west side

I’m moving out of my ex’s place, I would prefer a female, who has pets(preferred), who likes rap music and is friendly. I have a max of $
for rent and I can pay half of all utilities I use like internet, electric or gas. I’m looking on the west side near west park. But anywhere close to a train station would work.( downtown, near w th, near w th, etc) I’m looking to move in around December 1st.
