[Male roommates only] ~6 month sublet available as early as December 1 through May (some flexibility on start date). Looking to sublet my flex bedroom in a bath luxury building. The room is large and fits a bed, nightstand, desk and dresser. Living room comes furnished and the building is luxury with doorman, gym, roof and more.
