Room 4 rent near UCF & Valencia

I have a couple in one room. I currently have one other room to rent. See photos.

I purchased my home last year. I am located in Orlando, Fl around Avalon Park, Waterford Lakes, and very close to UCF, Valencia College East (about minutes). Around minutes average from the Disney parks, and minutes from Universal. This is a room for rent within my house, it’s a spacious living area with enough room for a queen sized bed, desk, etc. 1 bathroom up stairs, 1 downstairs. It is a relatively quiet environment.
