This 1-bedroom on riverside in upper Manhattan, is feet from CitiBikes, 2 minutes from the park, blocks from the 1 train… living room has been treated with noise insulation from unwanted direct contact with next door neighbors. There is some noise below in the service driveway but has been minimized by the understanding building staff. The price is good for an apartment of its type.
