Room for rent in three bedroom house. Shared spaces: bathroom, exercise room, living room area, kitchen, front
and back yard, washer and dryer. Free street parking. Open to the discussion of pets. The distance to the beach; walking at a slow pace is twenty minutes and walking to downtown Lake Worth is fifteen minutes. All utilities included. I prefer a short term renter but am open to discussing long term. Month to month available. The room is fully furnished. I love being outside during my time off. I travel regularly. I do like being home and cooking. I do not have pets,
non smoker preferred. I default to quiet inside but extroverted personality, approachable and welcoming. I like to walk and talk when I can with my friends and neighbors. The neighborhood is peaceful.
