In need of a room by end of oct

Living in Beaverton now. Want to move back to Gresham Troutdale area to be closer to my Sons. During the week I get up early, shower and go to work. Work is in Wilsonville so commute in morning okay however not sure what it looks like in afternoon. So I would be gone from in the am to roughly at night. As I mentioned I have 3 Sons ages . My youngest would probably be around the most. I enjoy cooking and doing meal prep for work week. I clean up after myself pretty well. I am a Navy Veteran. Very rarely do I have house guests or overnight visitors other than my Sons occasionally. That usually looks like cooking a meal, clean up after meal, chill in the room watching TV. I do not smoke. Would prefer that happens outside for people who do smoke. I do not have any animals however I do not mind them. I grew up with a bunch of animals. Like a mini zoo bunch of animals. Weekends... prepping for for the weeks lunches, in my room watching TV. Spending time with my Sons is most important to me. They are all good kids. Smart young gentlemen. I'm extremely proud of them.
