Furnished room available

Description

I will have a furnished room available for rent for /mo plus utilities, they average /mo. Furnished with a king size bed, tv, tv stand, night stand and a small dresser. If you prefer your own furniture, that can be arranged and rent will be less.

I currently have 2 small dogs that are great with other dogs. I am open to another small dog if you have one.

You will have your own bathroom though it is the main bathroom for the house if there are guests.

Common areas: Living room, kitchen, dining area, laundry room/pantry, fenced backyard.

I’m OK with smoking but it will have to be outside as I am a non smoker.

The house is near Belvedere Park in Decatur. Less than min from downtown Decatur and min to East Atlanta Village. Close to downtown. Close to and .
