I’m looking for someone to sublease my room for the Spring semester, starting as early as December th and lasting until May . I’m also open to extending the rental into the summer! The house is located on th St, and my room is on the 2nd floor. It comes fully furnished and includes a kitchen on the main floor and a kitchenette on the second floor, a living room, 3 bathrooms, and a laundry room.
There is a private parking lot in the back. It’s less than a minute walk from campus! If you’re interested in living with a group, other rooms in the house are also available for sublease.
