The complex is located on Sepulveda Blvd next to the Sherman Oaks galleria on Ventura Blvd. The apartment is clean and modern with a balcony facing west so there is a lot of natural light coming in all day. There is also an in unit washer and dryer and covered parking space with remote gate access. The apartment amenities include gym, pool, hot tub, gas bbq grills, lounge area, bicycle storage, and large private cinema. I rent the other bedroom and am looking for a mature, professional, clean, and respectful second tenant to share the place with. I’m friendly, respectful, and happy to socialize but also appreciate personal time and space as well. Rent also
