I have an unfurnished one bedroom private bathroom I’m renting preferably to someone seeking a short term rental for at most 3 months (may be renewed if no problems arise) I’d prefer a non-work from home as I already work from home, the space is best fit for a male.Also I’d prefer someone who’s able to atleast cope with smoke smells as my significant other smokes when here (mostly on balcony) along with someone who has minimum visitors as this is a rental for one person & NOT 2, A guest is allowed not exceeding a certain time frame if exceeded an additional fee of $ is required.
