Hi! My names August and I am a year old non binary individual looking for someone to move into my spare bedroom in my 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment is located in the steeplechase apartment complex in Cockeysville, MD. You would have your own bedroom and we would share the kitchen, living room and bathroom. Rent is $ a month split between the two of us so you'd pay $ plus utilities split between us (internet is $ a month and bge ranges from $ a month). Message me if you have any questions! Must be okay with animals, I have two cats and a very sweet greyhound. I've lived in this apartment 4 years now and haven't had any problems. Shared spaces are currently furnished but I'm down to redecorate, I want the place to feel like your home as well!
