My name is Michael. I am a year old man transitioning out of disability and seeking a room and/or roommate. I have a stable but modest income due to disability payments, in the interim until I find employment. Roughly $ maximum. I prefer a slightly relaxed standard of neatness due to my struggles(primarily OCD), but honestly only slightly. I do not smoke or have pets. I'm a moderate geek, played D&D a handful of times and do Pokemon Go, an avid gardener hoping to own a nursery one day and newly a bit of a workout nut.
