Jr Master Bedroom Available 4 rent

My husband and I have a junior master room available for rent on the first floor of our home in Mesa. This room is not furnished however it does have its own bathroom and very spacious.the room itself is sqft + the bathroom which is sqft, basically .
We do have are purebred pocket bullies and one is a smaller mutt. They are kenneled when we’re not here and one of them is AKC certified trained. Please, no more animals.

We’re looking for a mature working, professional, non-smoker, no drug use individual to add to our lovely cozy home with wagging tails and wet kisses!
There is a second room that is available for a month but does not have a private bathroom. However, nobody is using the fourth room so in essence that bathroom would mostly be private.
