Hey guys, My husband and I live in a town house two floors, I am looking to rent one of the bedrooms upstairs, the other room is already taken,it’s a shared bathroom, with a living room area upstairs aswell which can be furnished if you want to, It’s a really nice family neighborhood, very safe, beautiful and at a great location close to everything.

It is partly furnished with a bed, dresser and a lamp, you don’t need to give any money until the day you decide to move in. It can be long or short term lease, we are pretty much flexible and not complicated. No credit or background checks but we will need ID copies. Females only.
