Rent my house while I’m awayy

Description

I wanted to see if anyone wanted to rent my house while I’m away for work for weeks. It’s a .5 bath but I will need to keep my room for when I return. When I get back in Vegas in January and everything goes well with my renter, we can discuss possibly extending it for longer if needed. I would adjust the amount of rent if I’m there. Ideally it would be best if someone only needed to stay for the 3 months.
