It is a room (Furnished if you wish) with a shared bathroom (You will share with only one person and she will be located in the living room) you can use the laundry inside the apartment, as well as the kitchen. The building is in the heart of Miami and has a gym, two pools, jacuzzi, private security, mini market inside the building, coworking and also Valet Parking. You have 5 minutes walking to Publix, Bayside and soon Aldi, Ross and Target. Also in front is the metro station called Collage Bayside that takes you to Brickell in 7 minutes.

The only requirements are:
$ deposit, a copy of your passport or Florida ID… (Minimum duration 3 months (to make the full refund of the deposit) and a minimum of one month's notice if you want to move. (If you move without prior notice, the deposit will not be returned for failure to comply with the agreement.)
