Ready between December to January

I'm looking for someone to take over my part of the lease since I'll be leaving for the military between December and January. There are is an older cat and one is a puppy. There are three other roommates in the house, most of them work either night or late evenings. Usually, it's pretty quiet, although we do have a puppy and also the other roommates do play videogames, so there is their occasional frustration (if you're a gamer, you understand). There is furniture throughout the house, but you'll need your own for the bedroom. I'm listing early so I can get to know people who might be interested in this listing. Have you get to know the people living here and get familiar with the pets. Also, if you'd like to bring a pet, you're welcome too, although Black Swan charges per month with each pet.
