I have a spare bedroom it is unfurnished. It comes with parking a spot. And also comes with a laundry mat. All the bills are included. It’s just $ a month for security deposit but the only thing is you have to get on the lease it’s a year lease. Hi, my name is Adrian Mercado and I’m years old, but looking for a roommate. I’m real easy-going and clean. I like to keep up with things around the house. I just moved from California to Kentucky about months ago. I moved into this apartment about months ago so I have mostly everything that you would need includes kitchen, ware, TV, Internet, a microwave table. But I don’t have any family over here. I live in Paducah by myself they’re all in California.
