Looking for female roommate

I am looking for a working, professional, female roommate to live in a condo in the Bayside area of Virginia Beach. It is on the second floor with a small patio. The condo’s common living areas are fully furnished. There is a laundry room in the unit with a washer and dryer. The bedroom for rent includes a queen sized bed, nightstand, dresser, lamp, and a full sized closet. You will have your own bathroom, but will be shared with house guests. Must be a non-smoker and okay with a cat. I have a very friendly, elderly cat who sleeps most of the time. No other pets please. The condo has a pool within walking distance. Free parking outside of the building. $ covers rent, water, electricity, and internet.
