Hello! I’m looking to fill one spot in a newly updated bath apartment between Echo Park and Silver Lake. The apartment sits on a large corner lot overlooking Sunset Blvd. and has recently been rehabbed with an updated kitchen, baths and living spaces.

The room up for grabs is the larger of the two with enough space for a king bed and additional furniture, along with an ensuite and large closet. The apartment is fully furnished other than the available bedroom which has the option to come furnished or unfurnished. The third room is used as a yoga/office space.

Me: Early ’s female Interior Designer. I grew up in Michigan and spent four years teaching English in South Korea. I’m super clean and responsible and a ‘no shoes in the house’ type. I keep a regular schedule, being fairly early to bed and rise. I love all things music, cooking, reading, yoga and traveling and enjoy meeting socially on occasion.
