BEAUTIFUL apartment for Nov 1st

Hello! I’m a year old looking for someone to move into the 2nd bedroom on Nov 1st when my current roommates lease is up. He’ll be moving for work at the end of October so I’m trying to find someone by then! Looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and outgoing! :) any one of those will do honestly haha

It’s a brand new apartment so it’s very nice and spacious! You have your own room, bathroom, huge closet etc. There’s free parking in the lot or you can pay extra for a garage spot. W/D in unit and all appliances are new! Has everything you could possibly need here!

Will need to do application and background check just like any other lease. Currently been doing month-to-month since I was planning on moving out in November but plans have changed so I’m looking at staying til next year. We can continue to do month to month or possibly month depending on your plans as well. Rent is $ cheaper if we don’t do month to month but I don’t mind. I just ask that you give me 1 month heads up if you do plan on moving out or tell me at the beginning what your plans are.
