One Private Room APT

Description

Looking for a male roommate to rent one private room in a BH located in Westlight Apartments, starting October (can move any day in September). The lease term is flexible, can be discussed with me. Rent is $ + utilities. You will be sharing bathroom with one other person. No pet allowed, and preferably nonsmoker. Parking is included. Deposit is required.

The location is literally next to Publix, UPS, CVS, MARTA Bus Stops, car wash. Very close to wellness center, dental office, and a lot of restaurants.

Preference:

- A person who has a job that requires to work in the office with regular schedule, or a student with regular hours going to the university
planning to lease for the whole lease term.
- comfortable with room temperature of degrees (the place is relatively newly renovated, so the AC works efficiently, with that temperature I think it should already be comfortable)
- clean after yourself, we're making the place comfortable for each other
