The apartment is spacious, and your room would come with an en-suite bathroom. There's a balcony, dishwasher, and washer + dryer just downstairs. The neighborhood is very walkable, serene, and downright gorgeous. Parking is easy with a parking permit & the unit comes with one spot, so you and my roommate could switch out.

Preferences: no men, no dogs, + credit score, and comfortable living with a cat.
