Hi! I'm a graduate student at UC and I'm looking for a female roommate (preferably a student or young professional). The apartment is only a few blocks away from Xavier and a -minute drive from UC. It's located in a nice quiet area with a park right across from it and has easy access to I-.
The unit is a bath for $ plus utilities (water, electric, and internet). The building has a large laundry room, a fitness center, business center, meeting room, and patio/grill area. Surface lot parking is free and there is also an option to pay for covered garage parking. Looking for a clean, responsible, and respectful roommate. The apartment is available for October move in. Ideally, I am looking for someone who would like to rent until at least May . FYI I have a sweet, quiet cat so must be comfortable with cats. Message me for more info if you're interested!
