Apartment amenities include pool, hot tub, basketball courts, dog park, gym, electric charging car ports, and Amazon lockers for deliveries. Apartment is located next to a park, a plaza that offers a variety of different restaurants and grocery stores, is an 8 minute drive to CSUSM, and is about a minute drive to local beaches. I also have two small dogs so no other pets please.
