About the place: Townhome triplex in a GREAT LOCATION! Downtown Martinez is just a 5 minute walk! There are INCREDIBLE VIEWS of the Carquinez Strait, Benicia Bridge and Mt. Diablo throughout the home! The unit has two bedrooms, which are located on the second floor. Each bedroom has its own private attached bathroom and there is also a half bath located off the kitchen. The washer and dryer are upstairs, by the bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher. The living and dining room are fully furnished. There is a porch to unwind on and a garden along the entry way. Lastly, there is a two-car garage, meaning plenty of storage space for you! And there’s also a designated parking space in the driveway.

About the room: The available room has an amazing view of Mt. Diablo and the Benicia Bridge. It has a full sized closet, which has mirrored sliding doors. The bathroom has a walk in shower with great water pressure.

About me: My name is Mia and I live in the other bedroom. I am a female professional in my late twenties and am looking for someone in a similar demographic. I have two friendly cats, named Sammy and Kulani. I have lived in the townhome for almost 3 years now and really love this place I call home! I have found living here to be very peaceful. I would like to find someone who also seeks a calm living environment. I am a particularly clean individual and need to live with a like minded person.
