Large bedroom with your own bathroom. Price includes rent, utilities and furniture. Room is fully furnished, the bed is currently in storage but if needed I will put it in the room.
I have a condo at cypress creek condominiums.

I’m looking for a roommate, the room for rent is big and you will also have your own bathroom as well.

I do have a dog
so must be dog friendly.
Also friendly.
No other pets please.

I am a server so I work evening/nights.

Washer and dryer in unit.
Pool.
Located on first floor.
Overlooking a canal.
Plenty of parking in a lot for the building.
