Hi! I’m a -year-old Asian male pilot working for the Air Force stationed at Randolph Air Force Base. I recently purchased a new construction home in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood close to local amenities, and I’m looking for roommates to share the space. Prefer military, college students, and young adults, but open to others.

Fully furnished room (can remove the furniture upon request).
Shared bathroom with other tenants.
The home is spacious with a large kitchen, living room, and a backyard.

Furnished Common Areas: Living room with furniture, dining area with table and chairs.
Flooring: Luxury vinyl plank flooring with carpet in the rooms.
Parking: 2-car garage, 2-car driveway, and plenty of street parking.
Neighborhood: Spring Grove in Saint Hedwig, TX

Rent and Terms:
Rent: $/month (Utilities Included)
Deposit: One month’s rent, refundable at the end of the lease if no damages.
Background Check and Credit Report: $ through Zillow.

Close proximity to Randolph Air Force Base and local amenities.
Flexible with overnight guests as long as they don’t disturb other tenants.

House Rules:
No smoking, drugs (including marijuana), or pets.
Respect for common areas and other tenants is expected.
Must provide proof of income (paystub showing at least 3x rent or other viable income).

There are currently no tenants living in the home at the moment.
