I’m kind funny and need roommate

I am polite, considerate, value mutual respect., and am very respectful. I am looking to find a roommate who has similar values and morals! I am loving, kind, and funny. I would love to become friends (also open to living without friendship)I come along with a PugChihuabua mix I rescued 6 years ago. He is lbs and does not bark or destroy furniture. He is lazy and does lay on my bed and couch. He’s very sweet no aggression. He is well potty trained. I’m looking for any type of housing (apartment, townhouse, condo, home, etc) boundaries are importantly to me and respectfully addressing concerns with kindness/respect is a non negotiable.
