Roommate needed by October!

I’m looking for someone (female or couple) to take over my room in October in our fully furnished apartment, as I’m leaving my lease. The room is medium-sized and unfurnished, with a shared bathroom. Wifi, cable, trash valet, and water is included in the rent. Electricity is set up as “pay as you go,” so each person contributes a certain amount each month. There is an application fee, and you’ll need to pass a background check, credit check, and income verification.

Your new roommates are Tyra, a full-time nursing student who works as restaurant manager, and Maya, works in sales, and has a 1-year-old daughter. Tyra and Maya enjoy throwing game nights and are looking for someone friendly/sociable to join the household. It’s also 🍃🍃 friendly here but everyone smokes in the patio and you’ll be living with two cats, so you must be cat-friendly, any additional pets that you bring is okay!

The apartment is spacious with decent amenities: two swimming pools, a giant fitness center, parks, convenience store, food trucks every Fridays and located just a few minute walk to Millenia Mall. Universal and Disney is super close as well.
