house in a fairly nice area. Parking on street and driveway. My father comes to spend the winter months from up north, he’s in his ’s we are both easy going. I have cable and really fast internet with good WiFi coverage (I play games and Sim Race when I’m not working usually) The landlord will require a light credit check and rental history I will remain the main lease holder.
