Room For Rent

Hi! My boyfriend and I are looking to rent out our spare bedroom. It comes furnished with a king sized bed frame and mattress- so no need to purchase or tote a mattress across town. The room is huge and has patio access. ***no parties- we are sober, so lots of soda water*** There are also two bookshelves (they have to stay put) and a rather larger closet in this room.
