Income and background will be verified. 1st and last month deposit due at move in plus non refundable cleaning fee, and utilities. Month to month rental.

I am in a gated neighborhood in Centennial hills and I have a monthly rental which is furnished or unfurnished. The house is very large and there is a formal dining room large pantry and kitchen and living room backyard has a firepit and sits on half an acre with beautiful mountain views it requires first last month's and a non-refundable cleaning fee employment and background check will be verified. No pets allowed. Single occupancy only. I travel for work. Lots of privacy If you rent 2 rooms. Your own bathroom.
