I'm looking for a responsible, professional roommate to share this serene space with me. You must have a profession. No Couples or Unemployed. While I love dogs, the home is not cat-friendly, and I prefer someone who doesn’t smoke cigarettes.

I am offering an unfurnished bedroom with closet and private bathroom. Utilities are included in the rent, including Wi-Fi. You will have your own refrigerator and garage parking spot. You'll have access to the back yard, storage space, and the rest of the house.

There is a fully refundable Security deposit equal to one month’s rent. If there are no wholes, dents or paint removal upon satisfactory departure, you will receive deposit in the same exchange as received. First month and security deposit due on move-in date.

Great location: 2 blocks to the main freeway I- North Loop. 5 blocks from South Loop, saves a lot of time for your commute to work or engagements. 5 mins to Cardinals Stadium, Arena, Tanger Outlet Mall, Desert Sky Casino & several Spring Training camps. A Sam's Club and Costco near by. Plenty of Foodie Restaurants and min away from Downtown and Tempe.
