- one-month rent and same amount for deposit

- Ready to move in.

- Laundry access (once a week)

- Dinning and living room full access
- No pets
- utilities paid separately ($)

Roommates are professionals, friendly, clean, no drugs, no tobacco.

- day notice before leaving
- No food on rooms to avoid ants and roaches.
- Visits ok until ten pm with previous notice but no overnight guests or parties
- Clean and wash dishes immediately after cooking.
