Hi! I just moved to Irvine and am looking for a long-term room and roommates in Newport / Irvine / Costa Mesa. It would be starting December for a year lease or longer. More specifically, I am looking for a bedroom with a private bathroom in a spacious and modern house / apartment shared with like-minded people I can befriend. I am a real estate professional, I am half Dutch and half Mexican, and I consider myself as laid back, charismatic, respectful, easy-going. I love to play sports, workout, travel and get coffee in the mornings.
