looking for someone to sublease my roommate’s UNFURNISHED room. Availability as soon as September eighteen or end of September up until mid March twenty-twenty .
You’ll have your own private room, private bathroom, and walk in closet. The apartment has in unit laundry, dishwasher, internet, and there’s a pool and gym in the complex. I would say monthly rent plus ultilites $ depending on electric usage that month. Shared living room and kitchen areas. I’m mostly at work or school so you’ll probably only see me in passing at night during the weekdays, but more often on weekends.
