ISO roommates to go in on lease

Description

I am a conservation dog trainer and a biologist. I have pet and working dogs, they are all great with people, cra
te trained and well mannered. Most of them will come to work with me most days, they are working conservation sniffer dogs. Some of my hobbies outside of dog training include hiking, paddleboarding, cooking and camping - and any other activities I can bring a dog along for.

I am in search of
roommates that love dogs but don’t have any of their own to go in on a lease in the Pismo Beach, San Luis Obispo, Santa Maria area. My budget for a room is fourteen hundred so I am looking for people with similar budgets, plus or minus a few hundred.


Things I look for in a roommate: tidiness in shared spaces, respect for other’s needs, communicative about your needs so I can be respectful of them, love of dogs, interest in working together to make the space a home.
