Basement Apartment

bathroom with kitchenette basement apartment. Looking for a quiet individual, we'll behave cats or dogs welcome (prefer a dog that's okay with cats and other dogs) I have 1 cat and occasionally, babysit dogs. A shared space where dogs or cats might interact is the laundry room, my pets will not be going into your space (separate entry). I'm not into partying, I have a son who lives with me % of the time. Off-street parking is available, kitchenette doesn't have a stove (mine is available if needed). Furnished lightly or none Furnished, short term for nurses available, min from Denver Health and other hospitals (conveniently located off ), NO Smoking on property, can be enjoyed in the outside greenhouse or off the property. We are light-footed however, you can hear my cats running around. Absolutely drama, this is my quiet place away from work and I will respect the same for the tenant. We can set a schedule for laundry days or be humans and communicate : )
Must have a stable job, one person only with guests welcome for a limited time only and I will respect the same as this will keep cost down.
