UT Senior looking for Roommate

Hey everyone!
I'm looking to fill 1 room in my house beginning Sept 1st.

Rent is $/month. Lease options are either September 1st- December st, or September st. ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED!! (Water, trash, electric, Wifi, security system)

You get: Private bedroom, shared bathroom with 1 person. Furnished common space (office, kitchen, living room, porch) shared with 2 other roommates. Kitchen has a new refrigerator and dishwasher. Other appliances include air fryer, toaster oven, microwave, space heater.

Laundry (new dryer) included on screened-in porch. Security system with e-locks (passcode entry but will also receive a key). Parking-on lot: we don't block each other in at all! Live with me and 2 guys, sharing a bathroom with 1 (They're both super clean!).

Walmart literally 3 blocks away, Publix within a 4min drive. USF and UT (downtown) both about min away.

About me- I'm a senior at UT graduating in the spring! I'm a Journalism and Public Relations major. At home I prioritize keeping the common area clean, since during the semester I am usually gone for hours a day. I work on campus & am pretty involved in extracurriculars, at a breakfast restaurant, and dog sit. Some of my interests/hobbies are photography, raving/live music, yoga, coffee, and reading on the porch :).
