We’re looking to rent out three rooms on the upper floor of our home. We live downstairs, and renters will have shared access to the kitchen, laundry, and all of our outdoor amenities, including a pool, grill, firepit, gym, and more. Each room comes with its own private bathroom and walk-in closet. Utilities are included in the rent and it's fully furnished.

Our house is centrally located, close to I-, and near major grocery stores and other shops.

I am planning to get a King size bed for that room.
