Point Breeze 2 Floor Apt + Rooftop

Hi! I'm looking for a roommate for my place in Point Breeze 5 blocks south of Washington on nd St. The dining and living room areas are furnished with a rooftop that has a patio table and chairs. The th pictures are of the room that's available, which comes with a full bathroom attached to it. The room will be $ + internet and utilities lmk if you would like more detail on the rent. The place is ~ sq ft and has central air with washer and dryer.

I do have a cat who's neutered and vaxed. He spends most of his day debating between napping and laying on me cause he has abandonment issues from a previous owner. If you have one too I'd love for him to have a friend! He's pretty submissive so integrating them shouldn't be too bad.
