Hello everyone!
I am looking for someone to share my sqft apartment with! You would get your own bedroom (with balcony & private bathroom) and your share of rent would be $ plus utilities (Internet is free). The room is ft not including the bathroom that is attached. This is a luxury apartment located at The Vintage at SLO so there are numerous amenities including a pool, gym, lounge, and coffee bar. Washer and dryer are also in-unit and our bedrooms are located on separate floors! There are parking spaces available for purchase and numerous bike racks. Otherwise there is street parking near the complex. It is a short min drive to campus and 5 min to downtown. Please message me if you would like more info!! :)))
