The room available would be on the first floor. The room has its own bathroom and outdoor patio connected to room. Two other girls live on the third floor. They are both in their mid s and graduated from GCU. The kitchen and living room are on the second floor. Washer and dryer are on the third. The girls pay extra for the garage parking but the street parking is always open and a 5 second walk to our place. Move in would be as soon as possible. It is a 5 minute drive to Fashion Square mall and Old town area. There is no gym or pool but the complex right next to us has a pool that everyone in our facility goes too and I went to the mountainside at the Fashion Square mall that was a 5 minute drive. Utilities are approximately $ or less a month. This would be a sublease situation. I left my bed and dresser if anyone needed it but if not I will sell it before anyone’s arrival. The lease is until December 1st
