Tenant w/ solid history/references.

Description

Looking for guest house/granny flat. One story preferred. I'm and semi retired with a small well behaved Terrier mix. We have a pretty low key life style. Enjoy cooking,gardening, reading and spending time with my dog Chloe. She's fixed and is all up to date on shots. I rented from my Aunt for just short of years. She sold and moved out of state. Would love to find something farily long term. I enjoy keeping a clean house and take much pride in where I live.
